Arrangement of Shipboard audits. Liaising with international Maritime offices over phone/ emails.
Uploading ship inspections results in Company�s website
Assist in compilation of data for management meetings
Records of incoming and outgoing courier/ mail packets
Responding to various maritime enquires from ships.
Mail correspondence Letter tracking
General Administration.
Desired Profile
Well Groomed and Pleasant Personality.
Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi).
Possess good Interpersonal Skills .
Experience: 0 - 1 Years in Shipping/Marine industry
Role: Quality & Safety Executive
Functional Area: Liaising with various International maritime offices
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization; PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
