MR. KISHORE RAJVANSHY
Mr. Kishore Rajvanshy is the managing director of Fleet Management and was instrumental in founding the company. Under his able guidance the Company has seen rapid and steady growth from 1 bulk carrier at the start to the present diversified fleet of more than 200 vessels.
He graduated from BITS Pilani, a prominent university in India in mechanical engineering in 1969.
After graduation he joined the Shipping Corporation of India (the country's state shipping company), where he spent the first year of training in Mumbai. He spent most of his time at sea between 1971 and 1978. In the last three years at sea he sailed as chief engineer.
In 1978 Mr. Rajvanshy came ashore as he progressed toward the post of superintendent.
In 1979 he embarked upon a 15-year career with a prominent Hong Kong-based ship management company. Starting as a superintendent, he was soon promoted to technical manager, then technical director and finally - for the last eight years with the firm - he was director and general manager. That last period was particularly productive and saw the company grow from 20 to 70 ships.
In November 1994 Mr. Rajvanshy joined Noble Group to establish Fleet Management Ltd.
CAPT. M. S. NAGARAJAN
Capt. M. S. Nagarajan, MNI is a Director and General Manager at Fleet Management
He heads the Manning and Dry Cargo Operation department at Fleet Management Ltd.
Capt. Nagarajan graduated from the T.S Rajendra in 1977. He completed his apprenticeship with the Scindia Steam Navigation Company and went on to become Master in 1989.
Capt. Nagarajan has sailed on a wide range of vessels including lift on lift off vessels, tankers, general cargo vessels, reefer vessels and bulk carriers.
Capt. Nagarajan joined Fleet Management 1997 and remained Global head of manning till 2002. From 2002 to 2004 he focused on the operation of bulk ships and dry cargo vessels. In 2004 he moved on to the technical division as head of a technical group. From 2011 onwards, he has taken over as Overall in-charge for Manning and Dry cargo Operations.
MR. DILIP K. NAIR
Mr. Dilip Nair is a Director and General Manager at Fleet Management.
With his team of Superintendents, Mr. Nair heads the new building and special projects as well as development and implementation of the company's Computerised Planned Maintenance System.
Mr. Nair graduated as an Engineer in 1979. He went to sea with the Shipping Corporation of India before transferring to a chemical tanker operator where he was promoted to Chief Engineer.
Mr. Nair later became a Superintendent with a well known ship management company before joining Fleet Management in August 1995 as Superintendent and gradually rose to his present rank.
MR. SANJAY CHANDRA
Mr. Sanjay Chandra is Technical Director at Fleet Management.
With his team of Group Heads, Mr. Chandra supervises the overall running, maintenance and operation of all Fleet Management's vessels.
Mr. Chandra graduated from India's premier Maritime Engineering College (D.M.E.T.) in 1983. He sailed for 11 years till 1995 - the final two years in the capacity of Chief Engineer.
He worked with American Bureau of Shipping in their Mumbai office from 1995 to 2000 as a ship surveyor and was also a lead auditor for ISM, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certification.
Mr. Chandra joined Fleet Management as Superintendent in 2000 gradually rose to his present rank of Technical Director.
